We went to the NY State Fair yesterday to catch a free concert with Ted Nugent. Had a great time at the fair and the concert was great. Now I remember why they call him the Motor City Madman. I ended up stuck in the back and was taking photos. On one of the pictures in the slide show you can see a NYS Trooper pointing his finger at me. Gulp!!!!! I thought I was in trouble. He told me I could go up to the stage and take some closeup photos but I had to come back. I thought that was a cool thing for him to do. He extended this courtesy to a bunch of others. I really think the Troopers enjoyed the concert just as much as everyone else.

Wish i could have seen Uncle Ted again down there at the fair, But I had to work. I first seen Nugent in 1983 at the Syracuse War Memorial(not called that now..lol) and he put on one hell of a show. He opened for Aerosmith that night, about all I remember is my ears rang for three days after that show. Hope that he played Stanglehold yesterday, thats one of my favorite songs he does.
